The energy you brought to the school board meeting filled the room and made it unmistakably clear just how strong and united our educator community is. You all demonstrated the momentum we’ve been building together to reclaim our collective bargaining agreement by packing the boardroom, speaking to your experiences during public comment, wearing red/DCF shirts, and submitting thoughtful written comments. That presence spoke volumes, and it’s only the beginning. We’ll continue showing up, standing together, and pushing forward until our CBA and our collective voice are fully restored.
As we carry this momentum into spring, we invite you to join us for our Spring General Membership Meeting on May 5, 2026, at 5:00 PM at the DCF Office (304 Inverness Way South, Englewood CO 80112). This gathering will be a chance to celebrate how far we’ve come, share important updates, and map out the work ahead.
